Hello! Happy Monday! It's my turn today over at Make the Day Special!
Pop on over and have a look if you have time.. there are so many wonderful products - Paper Smooches is just the tip of the iceberg!
Surf and Turf, from Paper Smooches! Coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers. I'm so hooked on masking and inking with sponges at the moment! I thought I would use this technique for the background on this beach scene.
Bit of a venture into different colour schemes for me today! Fun fun fun! Colours for this card were completely inspired by the very lovely Attic Door collection from Lemon Owl. Had them for a wee while but not had a chance to use them until today!
The stamp is Stampingbella - Uptown Girls Clarissa and Camille share a café. Coloured with copics and promarkers. Accents on the card include Stampin' Up! Gorgeous Grunge and Die Namics Beautiful Bows.
Here is the lovely "Faith the Fairy" from Stampingbella. She's coloured with copics and promarkers, and the papers are from "Rondelle" by Prima. The individual words are from "Words We Love" by Technique Tuesday.
First time playing with the Gelli
plate!Great fun! (a wee bit messy!)
Used Sherrill Sorbets acrylics (had them for ages and was never sure exactly
what to do with them!) They have a lovely pearl effect.Teamed up with a Prima honeycomb mask. Then set with the heat gun before stamping
JOFY 09 from Paperartsy in Tuxedo Black Memento.Finished off with some paper piecing, some
white gel pen, crystal effects and chunky white Frantage.
Over all I’m quite happy with this
for a first attempt!
Hello from Scotland. Thank you for you for visiting my blog! I'm Tracy, 45, I live in Bathgate, Scotland, with my husband, gorgeous little girl and three very spoiled and lazy cats. I love to craft, I've been hooked for almost nine years or so now and my main passion is anything paper.. cards, scrabooking, etc.. I also love to make jewellery, do some wet and dry felting, knitting, crossstitch, soap, perfume and candle making, play with fimo and art clay.. and generally have fun! Luckily I share all of this with my little girl!
